Novacore Innovations was founded with a bold vision: to be a vital pillar in the growth of AI/ML technologies in India by offering affordable, high-performance cloud infrastructure. Our journey began in New York, where a shared passion for empowering next-generation tech-led us, as graduates of New York University, to establish a cloud platform that would become the foundation for AI/ML advancements.
Upon recognizing the need gap in India for accessible cloud GPU resources, we set out to be the “picks and shovels” for AI/ML developers and enterprises, delivering robust cloud solutions at competitive costs. Aryamaan Singhania Director/Co-founder
Aryamaan is the Co-founder of Novacore Innovations, a forward-thinking technology company focused on revolutionizing the cloud services landscape. As a key visionary leader, Aryamaan drives Novacore’s strategic direction and business development, crafting a comprehensive suite of cloud solutions designed to meet the dynamic needs of enterprises globally. His deep understanding of market trends and cutting-edge technologies positions Novacore at the forefront of the cloud services industry, with a focus on delivering innovation and value to clients worldwide.
Before launching Novacore, Aryamaan built a strong foundation in finance and investment strategy. A graduate of NYU Stern School of Business in 2023, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a specialization in Data Science, complemented by a minor in Computer Science. Following his graduation, he joined Advantage Capital, a prominent private equity firm based in New York, where he conducted comprehensive due diligence on investment opportunities across diverse sectors, including technology, software, industrials, and manufacturing. Aryamaan’s ability to identify key value drivers in complex deals has honed his expertise in investment analysis and strategy, which he now leverages to fuel Novacore’s growth.
In addition to his role at Novacore, Aryamaan serves as the Head of Business Development at Rashi Fincorp, a private financial services company. There, he has led new ventures in green energy, including hydropower, and contributed to equities research. His experience in sustainable investment aligns with his broader vision for innovation and long-term value creation, a philosophy that informs his leadership at Novacore.

Ranbir Badwal Director/Co-founder
Ranbir Badwal is the Co-founder of Novacore Innovations, a cutting-edge technology company focused on transforming the cloud services industry. With a strong foundation in financial planning and product operations, Ranbir plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation at Novacore. His experience at leading Silicon Valley companies—Druva and Harmonic Inc.—has shaped his ability to craft and execute impactful strategies in technology, data protection, and financial planning, which are central to Novacore’s mission.
Ranbir’s tenure at Druva, a leading SaaS platform for data protection, was marked by his leadership in securing, protecting, and optimizing data usage for thousands of companies around the world. Collaborating closely with the Product Operations team and engineering, he led the launch of new products, strategically tracked key performance indicators (KPIs), and implemented solutions that maximized impact and performance.
At Harmonic Inc. in San Jose, Ranbir was responsible for high-level financial planning and analysis, driving capital forecasts, strategic financial targets, and overseeing business performance reviews. His expertise in translating complex financial metrics into actionable insights plays a critical role in Novacore’s long-term strategic planning and decision-making.

Narendra Reddy Chief Technology Officer
Narendra Reddy is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Novacore Innovations, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience in information technology, business operations, and technology innovation. As a key member of the executive team, Narendra plays a critical role in guiding the company’s technology strategy, ensuring that Novacore’s cloud solutions are at the cutting edge of the industry. He is dedicated to delivering advanced support, cloud datacenters, infrastructure, and tools that align with the company’s mission of driving innovation and business continuity for clients worldwide.
Prior to joining Novacore, Narendra served as the CTO at Aveva, where he oversaw the complete landscape of SaaS products in a market valued at $200 billion. His responsibilities included product development, architecture, corporate governance, cybersecurity, cloud modeling, business development, and data protection—areas that are key to Novacore’s continued growth and success in the cloud services space.
Narendra’s extensive background also includes working with industry giants like Microsoft, Xerox, Dell, and DXC, where he gained a wealth of experience across different domains, platforms, and technologies. Throughout his career, he has led geographically dispersed teams with a diverse and cross-functional culture, consistently driving technological advancements and business solutions that have a global impact.
